Products

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can, including sizes and capacity. Colours and finishes may look slightly different depending on your screen, and small variations can occur because each piece is made of glass. Product availability may change without notice.

Prices and Payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and Shop Pay.
Payment is taken when you place your order.
If a price on our website is clearly wrong, we may cancel the order and give you a full refund.

Orders

Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if there is a pricing or product error. If we cancel your order, we will refund you in full.

Shipping and Delivery

We deliver within Australia only. Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Responsibility for your order passes to you once it has been delivered to the address you gave at checkout.
