Shipping policy

We ship to addresses within Australia only, including PO Boxes and parcel lockers.

Shipping Costs

Under $45	$7.95 flat rate

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery Times

Orders are delivered within 8–15 business days from the date of your order, anywhere in Australia.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery to remote or regional areas, or during busy periods such as Christmas, may take a little longer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll email you a shipping confirmation with tracking details where available.

Delivery Address

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us at support@purvano.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to update it before your order is dispatched. We can’t be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the delivery time, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@purvano.com with your order number (and photos if damaged). We’ll work with the carrier and, if your parcel is confirmed lost or damaged, send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Gift Orders

Every duo arrives in a PURVANO gift box, so you can send it straight to the person you’re gifting it to. Just enter their address as the delivery address at checkout.
