The Product
What’s in the box?
Each duo comes with two 480 ml glass bottles marked HAND & DISH, two brushed gold stainless steel pumps, a natural bamboo tray, a collapsible refill funnel and a thank-you card, all in a PURVANO gift box. Single dispensers include one bottle and one pump.
How big are the bottles?
Each bottle holds 480 ml, stands 215 mm tall with the pump and is 74 mm wide.
What soap can I use?
Any liquid hand soap, dish soap or lotion. Very thick lotions may pump more slowly.
How do I clean them?
Hand wash with warm soapy water and a soft cloth. To clean the pump, pump warm water through it. We recommend hand washing to protect the gold lettering and pump finish.
Will the gold HAND and DISH wear off?
The lettering is hot-stamped onto the glass, not a sticker, so there’s no label to peel. Avoid scrubbing it with abrasive pads to keep it looking its best.

Shipping & delivery
Is shipping free?
Free shipping on all orders of $45 or more, anywhere in Australia. That includes every duo set. Orders under $45 have a flat $7.95 shipping fee.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered to your door within 8–15 business days, anywhere in Australia.
Do you ship outside Australia?
Not at the moment. We currently deliver within Australia only.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us with your order number and a photo, and we’ll replace it or refund you at no cost to you.

Returns & refunds
Can I return my order?
Yes. You can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
Who pays for return postage?
For change-of-mind returns, return postage is paid by the customer. If your item is faulty or damaged, we cover it.
How do I start a return?
Email us with your order number and we’ll send you the return details.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. All payments are processed securely at checkout.
Are prices in Australian dollars?
Yes. All prices are in AUD and include GST.
Can I send it as a gift?
Absolutely. Every duo arrives in a PURVANO gift box, so you can ship it straight to the person you’re gifting it to.
